The Manhunter failed to turn and clipped a building near the Golden Gate bridge.
As he sped off, the Manhunter reentered his ship and followed him all the way to San Francisco. Phil approached a throng of grateful New York citizens who glorified the Manhunter and vaporized all of them. The following day, Phil somehow learned that the Manhunter stole the spaceship from the Grand Central and left with his own ship to intercept him with aggressive aerial maneuvers, however the Manhunter managed to destroy with the ship's bomb the four Orb centers their food processing centre, entire fleet of spaceships, anti-air defense systems, radio transmitter, entire computer system, radar installation and air purification system. Soon after he was caught by the Manhunter and after a brief melee, he fled dropping the piece of paper. Once underground, however, Phil attacked and killed Harry, and stole the piece of paper containing the combination to his safe. Abdul allowed the two into the passage beneath his shop, where the tracking signals cannot be read. The next day he met Harry Jones on his way to Abdul's Pawn Shop. He then went to the Osborne residence and killed Anna Osborne by hanging her in the toilet. Harvey before succumbing, managed to write 'COO|' with his blood on a stone. Phil then killed Harvey with his crowbar before ditching the murder weapon in some bushes nearby. Phil enticed Harvey to follow him and left for Central Park. One of Phil's victims was Harvey Osborne when he was posting a message on the Vend-O-Deli about finding a ship in the Grand Central Terminal. His actions were brought into attention by the Underground and a Datacard was distributed to its members that mentioned him as a "trouble". Making me very capable of understanding who and where property buyers are likely to come from and able to present properties accordingly. I was born and raised in Kidderminster where I currently live and have always worked in Kidderminster, Stourbridge, Dudley and the surrounding areas, so my experience of property in these areas is exceptional. My experience has provided the blueprint to finally see an estate agency operating as we would all wish as home owners, better suited for what home buyers and sellers actually need from their local agent provider. The culmination of which is The Agentic! An evolved ‘hybrid’ version of local customer service alongside tailored technology and pricing for a better and more cost-effective client experience. Lessons from these years of successfully providing a more personalized version of estate agency have been well learned. Almost a thousand properties sold there later, I feel very proud to have been part of the rise of the current biggest ‘hybrid’ estate agency. I ran my own local low-cost agency for a number of years before joining Purplebricks in 2014. Over the past 20 years I have worked successfully in Estate Agency, Mortgages and Lettings.
